Volunteer Opportunities

Learning Lab Volunteers have a variety of volunteer opportunities, including: Tutoring adults/children, administrative support, special events, facilities maintenance, or short-term projects.

Volunteer Adult Tutor

Tutors assist the Adult Educator with classes of about 15 students enrolled in Adult Basic Skills, English Language, or Family Literacy.

Early Childhood Tutor

Assist the Preschool Educator with 3 to 6-year old children. Infant/Toddler classroom volunteers will assist the Infant/Toddler Educator with children under 3-years old.

Do you have staff who would like to get involved or are looking for a volunteer opportunity?  We are happy to come to you and present a Learn About the Lab session to your group.
